Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and supervise a team of accounting professionals.

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Participate in the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and business activity reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Present financial recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic financial initiatives.
