Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with GAAP and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting team to ensure accuracy, timeliness and GAAP compliance.
• Review department data and provide needed assistance.
• Issue invoices, MSOs, and warranty papers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and post cash receipts.
• Oversee payroll, taxes/withholdings and filings.
• Coordinate with corporate tax for audits and reporting.
• Manage fixed assets ledger and AFEs.
• Review AP and bank approvals; prepare journal entries.
• Develop internal controls and conduct regular audits.
• Lead process improvements and SOPs.
• Assist in the Annual Operating Plan and audits.
• Coordinate international finance controls (LCs, drafts, wires).
• Other duties as assigned.
