American Clinical Research Services Opco LLC (ACRS) seeks an Assistant Controller to support the VP of Finance and Accounting in leading the accounting and financial reporting for ACRS and its affiliates. You will oversee monthly close, produce multi-entity statements, and ensure US GAAP compliance while strengthening internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years in public accounting or corporate accounting with supervisory experience.
• Experience in Site Management Organizations or Clinical Research Organizations preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting research.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and purchase accounting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee monthly and annual close and prepare multi-entity financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls improvements.
• Research accounting pronouncements and develop policies.
• Review billings and manage accounts receivable collections.
• Lead system enhancements and technology-driven process improvements.
• Assess revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Manage audit process and coordinate with auditors.
• Assist in budgets/forecasts and analyze deviations.
• Support M&A diligence and purchase accounting.
• Develop enterprise-wide policy documentation.
• Complete SOP trainings and maintain licenses.
