McDonald Automotive Group, based in Littleton, CO, is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller – Fixed Operations to lead accounting across real estate, AR/AP, collision ops, wholesale parts, and insurance entities. Reporting to the Senior Controller, you will partner with service and parts managers and drive accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience with GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with inventory accounting and fixed assets.
• Supervisory experience of accounting staff.
• Strong communication with operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for real estate, AR/AP, collision ops, and insurance entities.
• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate reporting.
• Review P&L and balance sheet variances with ops leaders.
• Develop and coach accounting staff.
