Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience with general-ledger
• Experience analyzing P&L performance for operational leaders
• Experience with inventory accounting and internal controls
• Experience with property/real-estate or fixed assets accounting
• Experience supervising accounting staff and coaching
• Strong communication and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting for real-estate entities, inventory, and insurance-related entities.
• Provide accounting leadership to Service Managers, Parts Managers, and operational leaders.
• Review GL activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and variances.
• Translate financial results into actionable insight for leadership.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Lead month-end close and consolidated reporting across operations.
