Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills in handling financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with accounting principles, standards and conventions; law firm or professional services background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance across accounting functions.
• Coordinate with outside tax and audit firms and internal finance team.
• Handle fixed assets, partner accounting, accounts payable, and ad hoc reporting.
