Job summary

Unity Search in Dallas Uptown seeks an Assistant Controller to partner with the Corporate Controller and lead a team of 8–10. The role will manage corporate accounting, drive process improvements and coordinate internal/external reporting.

You will interact regularly with divisional leaders and the CFO/CEO on key initiatives. Ideal candidates bring a CPA, 10+ years of related experience, and a background in public accounting or consulting.

Qualifications

• CPA required and active license.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Public accounting firm foundation is a big plus.
• Accounting consulting background could also be beneficial.
• Current supervisory experience is essential; strong leadership is important.
• Experience with public company environments preferred.
