Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely financial statements.
• Analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics to guide business decisions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance; develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and external financial requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, purchasing, and sales to improve processes.
