Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks an Assistant Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice. You will provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients, collaborating with CFOs and executives to drive growth and process improvements.

The role emphasizes consulting-style work, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to support interim projects across markets, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years as an Assistant Controller or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed.
• Strong interest in consulting-style work and delivering client service excellence.
• Experience leading and managing an accounting department.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize accounting/finance functions for growth.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations teams.
• Proficient budgeting/forecasting with complex financial models.
• Experience maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, PE firms, legal/tax advisors, and investors.
• Help clients implement growth initiatives and scalable processes.
