Job summary

Electro-Voice Dynacord LLC seeks an Assistant Controller to drive accurate accounting and financial reporting across the business unit. You will partner with the Regional Controller to support close activities, strengthen controls, and enable timely reporting.

The role offers exposure to accounting operations, compliance, and process improvements, with opportunities to contribute to strategic financial initiatives and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review general ledger activity for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management processes.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and strengthen internal controls.
