JBS USA Inc. in Pipestone, MN is seeking an Assistant Controller to join our team. The role focuses on managing inventory, producing P&L reports, and supporting month-end close.

You will analyze costs, implement procedures, and assist in budgeting, with occasional travel to other facilities as needed. Candidates should have a BA/BS in business or related field, strong Excel and 10-key skills, and the ability to work independently and confidentially.

Mansioni

• Complete various yield reports.
• Manage Raw Material and Finished Goods Inventory.
• Prepare Daily and Weekly P&L's.
• Perform month end closing functions.
• Implement new procedures or policies as directed.
• Compile & track information regarding expenses & costs associated with operation of facility.
• Work closely with plant management and staff to drive cost reductions into the P&L reporting.
• Assist the Plant Controller in preparing annual budget.
• Assist the Plant Controller with Fixed Asset accounting functions.
• Attend meetings as scheduled; discuss plant expenses, evaluate costs and plan reductions.
• Work with Plant Management on special projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
