Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple locations. The role focuses on ASC 606 revenue recognition, inventory accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical accounting foundation, CPA or CPA-track, and proven leadership in a fast-growing, multi-site environment. You will support audits and collaborate with operations to strengthen internal controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with multi-site operations and external audits.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coach accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Controller with day-to-day accounting across multiple locations.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and audits.
• Manage ASC 606 revenue recognition and contract evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, and GL activity.
• Guide journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Collaborate with operations to improve financial information accuracy.
