LeoForce is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller for our growing construction company in Turnersville, NJ. You will partner with leadership to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and coordinating year-end audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close, and GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
