SNI Financial is partnering with a well-respected nonprofit in the Springfield area to recruit an Assistant Controller. The role oversees accounting functions, maintains financial records, and ensures compliance with funding source rules, tax codes, and GAAP.

The ideal candidate has property management/real estate experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/BA with accounting focus, and supervisory skills.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a property management/real estate setting is a MUST!
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (concentration in Accounting)

SNI Financial is currently partnering with a well-respected non-profit organization in the Springfield area in their search for an Assistant Controller!

The Assistant Controller is responsible for managing the accounting functions of the organization by maintaining financial records and monitoring compliance with various funding source regulations, tax codes, and GAAP.

• Prior experience in a property management/real estate setting is a MUST!
• Prior supervisor experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (concentration in Accounting)
