• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Hospitality finance experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with multiple technology platforms and financial systems.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and a desire to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of hotel accounting and financial reporting.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze operational results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Oversee core accounting functions including payables, receivables, payroll reconciliation, and cash controls.
• Manage month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work across multiple financial and operational systems to improve reporting and efficiency.
