We’re seeking an Assistant Controller to support the financial operations of our Naval Electronics’ business unit. This is a high-impact leadership role for an accounting professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a hands‑on approach to financial reporting, compliance, controls, and operational support.
In this role, you will help ensure the integrity of the business unit’s financial processes and reporting while partnering with leadership to support forecasting, cost analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate understands the pace and discipline of a manufacturing environment and can operate effectively within a regulated government contracting setting.

As Assistant Controller, you will support the management, administration, and control of financial activities for the business unit. You will help lead accounting operations, maintain strong internal controls, and provide financial insight that supports operational and strategic decision‑making.
We’re looking for a finance and accounting leader who can balance technical rigor with practical business partnership in a regulated manufacturing setting.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 – $175,000 per year. The range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate’s qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education or training, and certifications.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for annual performance‑based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non‑exempt employees as applicable).
