Position Summary
The Senior Director, Assistant Controller is a key finance leadership role responsible for overseeing the accounting function, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Controller, this position provides strategic leadership to the accounting team, ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, drives continuous process improvement, and supports the Company's growth initiatives, including acquisitions and business integrations.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated CPA with strong technical accounting expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to improve processes, leverage technology, and develop high-performing teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $180-210k. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
