Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience leading or significantly participating in month-end close
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• CPA/CMA license or intent to pursue CPA/CMA certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and workflow
• Review work prepared by accounting staff
• Strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls
• Support external audits and tax engagements
• Participate in ERP implementation and accounting system improvements
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes
• Serve as a trained backup for payroll and benefits administration
• Support cross-training and business continuity within the Finance department

What You'll Do

You'll help manage the Company's accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

Required

• Experience leading or significantly participating in month‑end close
• Experience preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPA/CMA license or intent to pursue CPA/CMA certification

Preferred

• CPA and/or MBA
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• ERP experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supervising accounting staff
• Cost accounting exposure
• Experience supporting external audits
• Experience implementing accounting process improvements or ERP enhancements
