My client is confidentially searching for an Assistant Controller to join its accounting leadership team. While this position is considered mostly remote, candidates must currently live on the East Coast, with a strong preference for individuals based in New England.

The position will require travel to Northern New England approximately once per quarter for a few consecutive days.

What we're looking for:

• $130K-$165K base salary + bonus
• Mostly remote environment with limited quarterly travel
• CPA or CMA required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred
• Public accounting experience required
• Must bring manufacturing industry exposure, either through a manufacturing client base in public accounting or experience within a larger manufacturing organization
• Strong technical accounting expertise is critical, as this individual will help lead accounting policies, procedures, technical guidance, and the continued development of the company's accounting roadmap
