Job summary

A Bachelor's degree is required, with CPA or CMA a plus; 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, ERP systems proficiency, and advanced Excel; excellent communication, independence, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Financial Oversight: Manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate general ledger reporting.
• Cost Accounting: Analyze manufacturing variances, track standard costs, and monitor raw material costs and production variances.
• Inventory Control: Oversee cycle counting, annual physical inventory, and valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
• Operational Partnership: Collaborate with plant managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize plant performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
