Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate preparation of owner billings and supporting documents, collection of payments, and responsibility for subcontractor compliance such as prevailing wage.
• Proactive, reporting accuracy of project billing and cost transactions, review of estimates and budgets including adjustments to projects.
• Ownership and review of project financial data with project teams.
• Supply and analyze financial data, providing insights about topics such as cost accruals, over/underbilling position, project cash position and receivables.
• Set-up, review, and maintenance of labor rates and other project data.
