The Assistant Controller will earn an annual base salary between $150,000 and $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a 15% annual bonus.

Assistant Controller will own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, internal controls, accounting policies, and related financial analyses
Coordinate external audits and support tax, regulatory, and other compliance requirements
Partner with finance and operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial insights
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes while mentoring and developing members of the accounting team
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with an active CPA license
Eight or more years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills
