$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Summary

The Assistant Controller will manage the club's financial operations, including journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Code invoices, set up new accounts, and close monthly books.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts receivable collections.
• Verify invoice payments and ensure proper charging.
• Assist with annual audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
