Job summary

Circle S Ranch, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Control Room Operator for the Feed Mill in Richburg, SC. You will operate computerized feed-control systems, verify formulas and batch data, monitor ingredient flow, and coordinate with teams to maintain continuous production.

You will report to the Feed Mill Manager or Shift Supervisor. The role requires basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, strong teamwork, and attention to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized feed-control systems following approved formulas and schedules.

• Start, stop, and adjust equipment remotely via control modules and software interfaces.
• Verify system settings and production parameters during runs.
• Record batch data including weights, usage, totals and variances.
• Escalate any deviations, alarms, or equipment issues promptly.
• Communicate changes and issues to supervisors and other shifts.
• Assist with inventory control and reporting as needed.
• Perform basic system resets and assist maintenance with troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized control room and work area.
