Job summary

Facility Services Management Inc. seeks an Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager to act as on-site CMM in the CMM’s absence and to cover emergencies. The ACMM will supervise all corrective maintenance activities for the medical facility contract.

The role requires oversight of a diversified workforce, adherence to applicable codes, strong MS Office 365 skills, and the ability to obtain NAC/LAC clearance after hire. Pooling responsibilities across shifts will be expected in Florida facilities.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facilities management experience is required.
• Must read, write, and speak English; advanced knowledge in MS Office 365.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.
• Must pass a background check and be able to obtain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct all divisions of labor and overall contract management.
• Report directly to the CMM and Regional Project Manager.

Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

Serve as an on-site CMM during the CMM’s absence and serves as the Assistant CMM during normal working hours but available during non-duty hours for emergencies, responsible for supervising all FSI corrective maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for support staff coordination and ensuring required supervision of Contractor personnel is present during normal and other-than-normal duty hours.
• Attend all meetings that involve interests or support as related to PWS when representation is requested by another base activity.
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained and licensed, if required, prior to their appointment to a position or prior to operating equipment associated with a position.
• Ensure that supervisors and managers schedule and provide training as specified in the PWS.
• Ensures that all personnel assigned in each function secure and account for all Government property issued, that proper maintenance is performed, and that all applicable Security Control Plans are followed.
• Respond to Government requirements which occur throughout the life of the contract, including contract requirements for data accumulation and submission.
• Directs and supervises all divisions of labor and the overall contract management.
• Reports directly to the CMM and to the Regional Project Manager.

Qualifications

Will be experienced in the supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of medical facility systems to include Energy Center operations. The ACMM shall be familiar with the various codes and standardsapplicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes andstandards. The CMM shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and have advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office 365. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.

Education and/or Experience

The ACMM shall be technically qualified in the field of Healthcare Facilities Management and shall, as a minimum, have three (3) years of experience in a business occupancy medical facility operations and maintenance and minimum five (3) years’ experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
