Job description

Signature Companies, a Regional Developer and Home Builder involved in Land Development, Home Building, Association Development, Apartment Development, and Commercial Development for the past 20 years, is looking for experienced Assistant Supervisors.

Will work closely with other job supervisors and subcontractors.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure timelines and achieve quality standards.
2. Assist with the supervision of all construction activities related to assigned projects.
3. Assist with the coordination and scheduling of all necessary materials per project.
4. Assist with scheduling all subcontractors to meet completion dates.
5. Assist with maintaining a building schedule and completing a final punch list.
6. Maintain a clean job site.

Construction background preferred, but all experience will be considered.
