Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Construction Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of the construction process
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project completion
3. Ensure that all work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards
4. Supervise and mentor field staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules
