Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an Assistant Construction Superintendent to support daily field operations on a ground-up project in Georgia. You will assist the Superintendent in coordinating subs, tracking progress, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 4+ years with a General Contractor in a Superintendent capacity, familiarity with elevated concrete, new construction, and Procore. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a General Contractor in a Superintendent capacity.
• Experience with elevated concrete is highly desired.
• Experience with new construction.
• Understanding/Experience with Procore.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations and assist in executing construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, schedule and quality expectations.
