Synergy, a leading commercial real estate firm with over 8 million square feet under management, is seeking a full-time Assistant Construction Project Manager to support our team in managing large-scale construction projects across our portfolio. The responsibilities include assisting in pre-construction planning, on-site documentation and direction, and project close-out activities related to building repositioning, tenant improvements, and capital projects. All work will adhere to company policies, project documents, and governmental regulations.
The Synergy team manages over 60 properties throughout greater Boston, specializing in Property Management, Building Engineering, Accounting, and Construction. We aim to provide top-tier real estate services through operational efficiency, customization, and tenant engagement, while also giving back to our local communities.
