LaserAway, an industry leader with over 10 million treatments performed and 18+ years of experience, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the expansion of our nationwide clinics and bring our innovative vision to life.

About the Role: Construction Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work in a PMO environment to support construction management efforts including scheduling, field verifications, permitting, procurement support, monitoring and controlling, vendor management, project accounting, progress reporting, and onsite buildout/fixturization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project schedules, evaluate sequencing, communicate delays, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist in construction administration tasks such as managing RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Support procurement activities, including electrical, lighting, and HVAC equipment takeoffs.
• Review construction plans for completeness and best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance checks of shop drawings and submittals.
• Perform site visits to monitor construction and ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Participate in store setup and build-out, managing temporary laborers.
• Maintain vendor contact and communication as directed by the PM.
• Prepare project status reports using appropriate software.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Represent LaserAway professionally in all interactions.
• Manage project documentation, recordkeeping, and closeout processes.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Execute duties independently and embrace change.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Smartsheets, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of permitting, construction best practices, and building codes.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel up to 20% required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Remote work with periodic site visits.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift equipment.
