Job summary

Require a Civil Engineering degree or technical diploma with related experience, valid license, and construction testing certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma with related field experience.
• Two years of civil/construction management experience if degree holder.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Construction testing certifications preferred (ESPC, hotmix, concrete, OSHA).
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
• Coordinate the work of colleagues on construction sites and support day-to-day field logistics.
• Attend weekly project progress meetings to discuss current and potential issues.
• Ensure proper administration of project plans and documentation; maintain accurate progress records.
• Respond to client suggestions and complaints promptly and drive resolution.
• Perform testing procedures (e.g., density testing of soils/aggregates, concrete testing, asphalt materials testing).
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control programs.
• Engage in ongoing self-education and training to keep up with industry trends and changes.
• Perform responsibilities consistent with ethical engineering standards outlined in the company handbook.
