Job summary

The Related Group has an immediate opening for an Assistant Construction Manager for the Icon Hollywood Project in Miami, FL. The role supports scheduling, field documentation, and coordination of subcontractors under the Project Manager and Superintendent.

Ideal candidates will have around 5+ years of construction experience, GC background preferred, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and plan reading.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience on the General Contractor side preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bluebeam; ability to read and understand plans.
• Bilingual ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CPM schedule as directed by Project Manager.
• Maintain field documentation of purchases and drawings; ensure timely submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate subcontractors' work schedules and equipment/materials; participate in on-site meetings.
