Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies seeks an Assistant Concrete Superintendent to support Self-Perform Concrete projects from day one. You will help manage foundations, slabs, tilt walls, and site concrete, and handle administrative tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role emphasizes in-field leadership, safety, and collaboration with the project team to deliver quality results. Travel and field leadership are expected as part of the project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 of those years supporting structural concrete jobs.
• Experience with Tilt Wall construction.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, time entry, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule.
• Maintain a daily log to record significant project facts, events, conditions, and approvals.
• Hold job site meetings with project manager and regional manager
