Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/experience: BA from four-year college or university; or 1–2 years related experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with daily property operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports; ensure timely bank deposits and data accuracy.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management; supervise on-site staff when needed.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and make-ready activities; ensure vendor performance.
