Job summary

RHP Properties, a nationwide leader in manufactured home communities, seeks an Assistant Community Manager for the Countryside Village of Longmont in Longmont, CO. You will perform administrative duties under the supervision of the Community Manager, handling calls, data entry and lead management to support sales and resident relations.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of office experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general office experience required; 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Answer community office calls promptly and provide requested information.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Enter data into the management software and maintain guest cards and leads.
• Maintain office files and coordinate office supplies.
• Assist with home sales and present homes to potential residents.
• Ensure residents’ privacy and property preservation.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local requirements to avoid discrimination.
