Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our 238-unit community, Elysian Homes at Cadence in Henderson, NV. The role supports the Community Manager and oversees daily property operations in a high-demand multifamily setting.

Qualifications include 2+ years in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with property software. Weekend and overtime availability is required, with salary between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, percentages).
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of property-level software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the Community Manager's supervisory responsibilities in his/her absence.
• Assists in training and scheduling of staff.
• Reviews rent recommendations and identifies opportunities to maximize income.
• Collects current and delinquent rent; initiates timely legal action when needed.
• Reviews move-in/move-out files and ensures accurate data entry.
• Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports and assists with variance reports.
• Assists in resolving resident conflicts.
• Follows company handbooks and property policies.
