Envolve Community Management in El Paso, TX is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager for several apartment properties. You will assist in leasing, supervising staff, and supporting the Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management and LIHTC experience, with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of property management experience.
• LIHTC/Tax Credit experience required.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Prepare and review weekly activity reports and all rental applications.
• Assist in reporting resident requests and renewal/retention programs.
• Handle rent collection and recording.
