Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. This full-time position offers $29.00 to $32.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within AMC's thriving property management team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous responses to resident requests using proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs by walking units to evaluate occupancy.
• Communicate with outside legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files and enter data into the property management software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedures and document requirements.
• Collect deposits and process applications from prospective residents.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, and current market conditions.
