Ross - A Division of Envolve in Denver, CO is seeking a Full Time Assistant Community Manager at Denver Dry Goods. The role supports property operations, leasing, and resident services while coordinating with on-site staff to maintain competitive market positioning.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in property management or related fields, strong communication, and basic accounting skills. The position includes benefits and requires weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of property management experience or equivalent business experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping activities.
• Assist Manager in leasing and property management tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and competitors.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and rental/lease records.
• Assist in training on-site leasing personnel.
• Handle resident requests and renewals under supervision.
• Process delinquent accounts under Manager's direction.
