IMT Residential is hiring an Assistant Community Manager (Assistant Property Manager) for IMT Germantown, a 276-unit luxury community in Nashville. The role supports the Community Manager in delivering excellent customer service, leasing, and efficient property operations.

Qualifications

• Multi-family housing experience
• General knowledge of property bookkeeping
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well in high volume and sometimes stressful environments
• Capability to make sound business decisions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to ensure a positive working environment and quality community living
• Perform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements
• Lease available apartments and renew existing leases
• Stay current with Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Conduct market research and assist with marketing and resident events
• Enter information and pull various reports using software
• Support additional projects as assigned by the Community Manager
