Job summary

Haley Residential in Indianapolis is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations, marketing, and resident relations. This role focuses on creating a welcoming community, driving leasing activity, and ensuring smooth performance of the property.

You will assist with leasing, conduct market surveys, handle inquiries, coordinate maintenance, manage budgets and administrative tasks, and help residents set up online accounts.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.
• Experience handling business financial responsibilities preferred.
• Continuing education or certification in property management is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Leasing Support: assist in marketing, show units, screen applicants, and help lease execution.
• Resident Relations: handle inquiries/concerns, assist with move-ins/outs, and manage online portals.
• Property Maintenance Oversight: schedule/inspect maintenance and suggest improvements.
• Office Administrative: assist budget prep, monitor variances, process invoices, manage documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Community Manager.
