Haven Oaks Apartments in Summerville, SC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily community operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

You will utilize OneSite to manage leases and property records, implement marketing strategies to attract residents, and coordinate inspections and vendor services.

This full-time, in-person role requires customer service excellence and prior property management experience, with LIHTC knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience required
• 4 years in an assistant manager role
• Driver's license required
• In-person commute to Summerville, SC 29483
• Experience with LIHTC housing regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a warm, welcoming manner
• Assist in leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Manage leases and tenant communications with OneSite
• Coordinate property inspections and vendor services
• Organize community events and marketing to attract residents
