Job summary

Pratum Co. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the on-site management of a multifamily property.

You will assist the Community Manager with recertification, compliance, and tenant relations, ensuring accurate data processing and adherence to HUD and regulatory standards. The role requires prior residential property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Prior residential property management experience required.
• Recertification and compliance of the section 8 process familiarity preferred.
• HUD rules and regulations knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the affordable housing recertification process and compliance.
• Maintain property waiting list and coordinate resident information.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and coordinate on-site data collections.
• Coordinate resident recertification interviews and inspections.
• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, and rent levels.
• Oversee financial procedures including rent processing and records.
• Maintain accurate resident files per company and regulatory policies.
