Ideal candidates bring at least two years of apartment management and leasing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Financial administration of budgets and operational review/analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of the property management operation.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate repairs/maintenance requests.
• Prepare annual recertifications and vacancy reports; inspect premises.
• Interview residents, show apartments, and explain occupancy terms.
• Coordinate marketing and promotions to fill units.
• Provide timely, accurate property status reports and maintain organization.
