Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing and multifamily property management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, leasing efforts, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new office staff.
• Help manage financials, meet delinquency goals, and process invoices.
