Brookside Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Emery in Chattanooga, TN. This role focuses on leasing, resident satisfaction, and daily office operations at a 150-home community.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Entrata experience is a plus for managing resident records and finances.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations, leasing efforts, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new office team members.
• Help manage financials, meet delinquency goals, and process invoices.
• Drive occupancy through leasing and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate rent roll and resident records.
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly; uphold a high standard of professionalism.
