29th Street Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Aurora, CO to support the Community Manager and engage with residents. The role covers occupancy, maintenance coordination, applications, and financial record-keeping.

You will interact with tenants, collaborate with vendors, and help ensure compliance with housing laws while contributing to team efforts and property success in a dynamic multifamily portfolio.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized; strong customer service.
• Skilled in time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
• Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues.
• Coordinate with tenants and third parties for maintenance and facilities needs.
• Collaborate with the property management team to produce advertising materials.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and explain occupancy terms.
• Process applications and conduct credit checks; collect monthly fees and maintain payment records.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports; coordinate with vendors for services.
• Investigate complaints and enforce housing laws; support team tasks.
