Job summary

TRG Management in Florida is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day apartment operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities.

You will interview residents, coordinate repairs, prepare vacancy reports, and assist with marketing efforts while maintaining high service standards. A minimum of 2 years' experience and strong budget awareness are required, with a base salary plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of the property management operations.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide prompt and accurate general status reports on properties.
• Prepare annual recertifications.
• Interview prospective residents and show apartments and property.
• Determine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.
• Complete leasing process agreement.
• Prepare vacancy reports and inspect the condition of the premises periodically.
• Coordinate marketing and/or property promotions.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
