Abode Communities in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Community Manager (ACM) to support the day-to-day operation of a 99‑unit property in the MacArthur Park area. You will report to the Community Manager and Regional Manager and help with tenant files, rent processing, and coordinating vendor work.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year of property management (or 2 years office/customer service), fluent English, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

We are currently seeking an ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER (ACM) to assist with our 99-unit community property in the MacArthur Park area of Los Angeles. Reporting to the Community Manager and Regional Manager, the ACM will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and management of the property.
The Assistant Community Manager is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly salary range of $18.00 - $22.00. Salary placement will commensurate upon experience.
