Anza Management Co. in Rowland Heights, CA, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager, promote a quality living experience for residents, and optimize ROI for owners.

The role includes leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service. Requires at least 1 year of experience as an assistant community manager for 100+ units, weekend availability, and United States work eligibility.

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location, but weekend availability is needed.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screen.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $28.00 Hourly

Job Summary:

Assists the Community Manager in meeting the goals of Anza Management Company by promoting a quality living experience for the residents, creating a positive environment for the staff, and optimizing return on investment for owners. Must be able to effectively direct the operations of the apartment property on the Community Manager’s days off and during other temporary time periods of the manager’s absence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience as an assistant community manager of at least 100 units.
• Days/Hours will vary based on property location, but weekend availability is needed
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screen

Compensation Range: $25-$28
